25 Year Premier Plus Flat / Inverted Roof System

3M™ Scotchkote™ Roofing 25 year life to first maintenance flat / inverted roof system comprises of Scotchkote roofing Poly-Tech EC661 embedment coat and Scotchkote roofing Poly-Tech UV 662 finish coat fully reinforced with Scotchkote roofing 225gm Premier Plus 055 reinforcing mat.

This system is a high build, moisture triggered polyurethane membrane that cures together to form a seamless, durable waterproof coating for all flat roof types.

Scotchkote Poly-Tech EC 661 is the first, embedment, coat of this system. It has excellent wetting characteristics to allow easy embedment of the reinforcing mat. This cost effective base coat has excellent adhesion to most roof surfaces and is fully resistant to rainfall and ponding water.

Scotchkote Poly-Tech UV 662 is designed for use as the finish coat of this system, fully encapsulating the embedment coat. This material is highly UV stable and will not embrittle or chalk. Available in a choice of standard roofing colours this material completes the 25 year system and provides an exceptional barrier to water ingress.

Flat Asphalt Roofs – Will reduce weight loading and provide long term waterproofing
Upstands & Parapet Walls – Provides the complete waterproofing and weatherproofing interface between roof substrates
Felt Roofs – Provides a complete seamless flexible membrane which will halt felt degradation
Insulation Boards – A seamless membrane either on carrier felt or directly ont0 taped and primed boards
Cement Roofs – Does not add to weight of roof and complete encapsulation prevents saturation of concrete slabs
Green Roofs – Provides the strong membrane required for long term green roof requirements
Balconies and Walkways – Easy to incorporate grip systems and colour demarcation areas, hazards warnings etc
