3M – Scotchkote Roofing Seal-Tech LS 657 is a low cost, high performance all weather coating for short term waterproofing with a life to first maintenance period of 5 years on all types of flat roofs. The advanced technology of Skotchkote roofing Seal-Tech LS 657 has produced a material that, in a single application, will waterproof instantly the substrate involved.

The material is fibre reinforced and its’ formulation includes dewatering polymers and surface wetting agents that allow application in falling rain and temperatures down to 0°C (32°F). Skotchkote roofing Seal-Tech LS 657 will exhibit excellent adhesion to the underlying surface during the lifetime of the roof, making this product ideal for cost effective asbestos encapsulation.
